  • Total: 102 lunges for each leg

Alternating 1-Legged Romanian Dead Lifts

  • one ladder of 11
  • 11 extra reps
  • Total: 132 lifts for each side

Squats

  • one ladder of 9
  • 20 extra reps
  • Total: 101 squats

Swimmers

  • one ladder of 7
  • 3 extra reps
  • Total: 52 swims, both sides

Overall

Was a good workout. I was out all day at OSBridge so I only got about half of the water I normally get, plus my diet wasn’t that good. What you eat can really affect how good of a workout you can put in.
